Rising Star in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology: The Best Presentation Awards

During the 2018 IEEE 8th International Conference on “Nanomaterials: Application and Properties”, the Conference General Chairs and/or their representatives will identify the best poster and oral presentations in each technical session of the Conference. The following four evaluation criteria will be taken into account:

- novelty, and significance of presented research results,
- presenter’s contribution to the work and proficiency in his/her field,
- clarity of the presentation and communication,
- the technical quality of the presentation materials (e.g., slides or poster).

The 2018 winners will be announced during the closing ceremony and will be awarded the “Rising Star in Nanoscience & Nanotechnology” award Certificate, and a complimentary one year IEEE Membership or cash prizes, subject to the availability of funds.

Only full-time (at the time of abstract submissions) graduate/undergraduate students are eligible. Their conference manuscripts should be submitted through a regular web submission process. The winners must present their work and be present to claim their Awards at the Closing Ceremony.
