Abstract

Peculiarities of porous ZnO/CuO nanosystems formation with network morphology and their sensor properties with respect to CO2 and CO2+LPG have been studied in the work. Optimal oxidation conditions of the initial Zn and Cu nanosystems have been found. The main optimization parameter was the ability of final oxide nanosystems to register different gaseous reagents. It has been established, that recording of current-voltage characteristics with different velocities of the voltage change allows to obtain an expending array of information required to distinguish the reagents. At the same time, comprehensive research of structural, morphological characteristics  and charge transfer mechanisms have shown that capacity of ZnO/CuO nanosystems is determined mainly by fluctuations of ZnO nanosystems thickness. The presence of CuO component increases sensor sensitivity in some cases.
