Abstract


Recently, the studies of FeRh-based materials have been intensified due to their potential applications [1]. From this point, the multiferroic heterostructures consisting of piezoelectric (PZ) and ferromagnetic (FM) layers are considered as promising materials for improving their functionality and magnetic properties. This phenomenon is called as the magnetoelectric (ME) effect, which associate to “strain engineering” and can be apply for manipulation of magnetic properties by electric field [2-3].
