Visa Information

The citizens of the EU, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Argentina, Japan, Turkey and some other countries and former USSR countries are allowed to visit Ukraine without visa. The list of Countries which have Visa-free Movement Regime with Ukraine can be found at:

http://mfa.gov.ua/en/consular-affairs/entering-ukraine/visa-requirements-for-foreigners. The Local Organising Committee will support the visa applications of the paprticipants whose submissions will be accepted by Scientific Committee. Firstly, the acceptance letters will be sent by e-mail. If You receive the acceptance letter, please contact the responsible person, mentoined there and please provide him with all the necessary data (Your full first and last names, date of birth, international passport number, place of employment in full spelling, its address and phone number, Your private address, etc.). If You do not know what information should be contained in the letter to the embassy, please, contact the embassy first.

Note. For Iranian Citizens Local Organising Committee will prepare and send one jointly application to the Ukrainian Embassy in Iran. Such an application will contain the full list of Iranian participants.
