Author Guidelines

For the participation in our conference You need:
1. Prepare an extended abstract in accordance with template, which is available on this link . The extended abstract volume:
   an invited report – from 3 to 16 pages;
    a review report – from 3 to 12 pages;
    an oral report and poster – from 3 to 10 pages.
 
2. Register in our site using this link .
 
3. Submit Your extended abstract via the web-interface .
 
4. During the submission process You'll have to post a "small" abstract (plain text, up to 200 words). This "small" abstract will be posted on this site to give another participants on-line information about your report. It will not be printed anywhere. Besides this, such an abstract serves as promotion of author's activities in the Internet. Our web-site is well indexed by search engines (Google, Rambler etc.), and it will popularize your work for a long time.

The language of the small abstract and extended abstract must be English.

Now the registration procedure is combined with the submission process. Everyone, who has done all the requirements listed above, is considered to be registered.
      
5. Authors can publish an article as a proceeding of the conference in Journal of Nano- and Electronic Physics. The requirements for articles are available by this link.
Manuscripts, prepared according the requirements, should be uploaded as supplementary file to your abstract. Participants also can send their manuscripts to this e-mail: [email protected] (please, set the subject of the e-mail “NAP-2011 Proceedings”).

6. The fee can be paid on arrival by cash. Also a bank account for receiving fees will be created within next week.
