The organizing committee has already booked a lot of rooms at "Golden Kolos" hotel for the conference participants. But any participant is free to choose any accommodation. The organizing committee doesn't insist on any hotel but recommends to stay in  "Golden Kolos" due to it is the conference venue, and the daily schedule will be in agree with meal and social events of this hotel.
